Dr. Alexander in Nacogdoches F- - - - - - (screw flunking! This place is EXPELLED!)
My most appalling experience ever, not as a patient per say, but in the way of service and treatment of a customer or even a human being. Remember I'm a nurse and I try to be understanding in medical facilities when things go awry. I was lied to, treated rudely, lied to again, and treated rudely and got overall ill treatment. I'll tell you the story later, but I am warning people of what to expect if they go there. I was kind and patient to the extreme as I gave them every chance. In the end, and only in the end, did I let them know what I was, what I thought, the error of their excuses and 'false statements' and only stopped short of what they could do with it. Obviously they do not want new patients and in that respect I intend to help them. Go there if you like to be berated and beaten and pissed and shat upon. Send your worst enemies there.

The doc and the office staff all rock, but I'm especially impressed with the doc. This was the polar opposite of the 'other' place. This is my dentist and I'm getting some ongoing work done there. It's all better than good. I'd send my mother there.

You should go out to Thrall's Grocery; I haven't tried the pizza yet, but the BBQ rocks majorly! So far, in my opinion, the best BBQ around Nacogdoches. 3 miles past the Nacogdoches loop on Highway 21 East toward Melrose. Tell them Kevin sent you and you won't get a discount, but they'll look at you funny.
